  • What is the return policy?

    We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you are uncertain about a product, we offer 2oz sample sized of all bulk items. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at Hello@TheRefilleryCLE.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with an appropriate solution.

  • Do you have a physical location?

    We currently do not have a physical location.

  • When can I expect my order?

    Deliveries are scheduled every Sunday 10am - 2pm and every Wednesday 3pm-7pm, unless otherwise specified. Orders placed before midnight of the next delivery day will be delivered the day of the next scheduled delivery. For example: an order placed Tuesday at 11:59pm will be fulfilled that Wednesday between 10am and 2pm.

  • What do I do with my empty containers?

    All bottles and jars can be returned for reuse. Prewashing your returned containers is highly appreciated but not required. Empty container will be picked up when the next order is dropped off. Just leave your empties where you receive your refills.

  • Where do you deliver?

    Whether to your front porch or place of work - we offer delivery to most zip codes within Cuyahoga County. We hope to expand our delivery zone, please contact us at Hello@TheRefilleryCLE.com if you’d like us to include your zip code.

  • What products do you offer?

    We offer eco conscious product to include into your daily routine. From waste free soaps and detergents to reusable plastic alternatives - The Refillery brings eco conscious living to Cleveland.
